Peugeot 504

Peugeot 504 may have not been as popular as Beetle, 2CV, or 500, but was still a mass volume car. After it was launched in 1968, more than 3 million examples were built in the next 15 years. If it wasn't enough, the production was further continued in Africa under license until around 2005. Owing to its solid construction, the car earned there a nickname "workhorse". What really got me in this example was the golden logo, as used by Peugeot in late 1960s and early 1970s. It really adds this nice, classic touch. And if you remember the stunning concept of Peugeot e-Legend, it was actually inspired by this model.
